GENERAL
✦By commissioning my services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
✦I offer digital illustrations, no hard copy.
✦I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website or being communicated to you.
✦Violators will be blacklisted indefinitely and without warning.
✦I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
✦The artworks will be drawn in my established art style. I do not accept orders to replicate or draw in other art styles.
✦Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
✦Payment is due in full upfront before work begins.
✦For larger projects, a 50/50 payment plan may be discussed when placing the order and must be agreed upon before work begins.
✦Full refunds are available only if the commission is cancelled before work starts.
✦Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available due to change of mind or personal preference. Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
✦No refunds will be issued after the final artwork has been delivered. Refund requests made after completion may result in being blacklisted from future commissions.
✦If a mistake or major miscommunication occurs on my end, I may offer a redo or replacement at my discretion.
✦Delays or issues caused by unclear, incomplete, or changed references are not eligible for refunds.
✦All payments are handled through VGen/ commission.gg ’s system.
✦In case of any issues faced during the payment please reach out to me via their DMs (not social media).REVISIONS
✦Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketching phase.
✦Once rendering begins, any revisions will incur additional charges depending on the complexity of the changes.
✦Mistake fixes must be requested within 2-3 days of the delivery.
✦Major fixes, such as significant changes to the concept or composition, may incur additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦Delivery will be within 14 days to 1 month of starting the project, I'll notify you when I start working on yours.
✦Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. I will communicate any delays promptly.USE
✦You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
✦Commercial use of the artwork requires a separate license and may incur additional fees.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦I retain copyright ownership of the artwork.
✦I may request credit for my work, especially when used publicly, Credit the artist @ (nvnxix).
✦Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, paid advertising, use in monetized games, etc.) and reselling are STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless a separate commercial license is purchased.
✦DO NOT use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs , reselling etc.COMMUNICATION
✦Communication channels may include Direct message on ig or Twitter or Mail.
✦Communication through vgen/ commission.gg DM is highly appreciated due to efficiency.
✦Failure to communicate in a reasonable timeframe may result in the commission being cancelled at my discretion.
✦I will strive to respond to your inquiries within 24 hours.
✦No harassment to the artist will be tolerated due to any factor.

Rights IncludedPersonal Use
You may:
✦Keep and own the character permanently.
✦Rename, redesign, or modify the character.
✦Create artwork, stories, animations, or roleplay featuring the character.
✦Commission other artists to draw the character.
✦Trade, gift, or resell the character following the resale policy below.Commercial Use
If commercial rights are included in the listing, you may:
✦Use the character for merchandise.
✦Use the character for monetized content, games, comics, visual novels, or branding.
✦Earn income using the character design.
✦Commercial rights cannot be separated from the character or transferred on their own.Resale Policy
✦Trading, gifting, and reselling are allowed.
✦If you resell the character without additional artwork, please do not sell it for more than the original purchase price.
✦If the character includes additional commissioned or self-made artwork, you may increase the resale price accordingly.
✦These terms automatically transfer to any future owner.
✦If the character is resold, traded, or gifted, please notify me so I can update ownership records.Restrictions
You may not:
✦Claim the original artwork or design as your own.
✦Use the artwork or character for AI training, datasets, or AI-generated content.
✦Mint or use the artwork or character for NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies.
✦Redistribute or sell the original artwork files by themselves.Additional Information
✦Preview images may contain watermarks. Clean files will be provided upon purchase.
✦No refunds after the files have been delivered.
